1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Rinose ("Rinose", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rinose mobile application (the "App"). Rinose lets you preview how a different nose shape might look on a photo using artificial intelligence. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Face Data (Photos You Provide)

To use the App's core feature, you provide a photo that contains a human face. We treat this image as "face data." We ask for your explicit consent inside the App before any photo is sent, and we process the photo solely to generate an edited image in the style you select.

What we collect: the single photo you capture or select, which contains your facial image. We do not extract facial geometry, create a faceprint or biometric template, and we do not perform facial recognition or identity matching.
Consent: before your photo is transmitted, the App shows a consent screen describing what is sent and to whom. Your photo is sent only after you tap "Agree & Continue."
How we use it: only to generate your requested AI-edited result image (reshaping the nose in the style you choose). We do not use face data for identification, authentication, advertising, profiling, or to train AI models.
Who we share it with: to produce the result, your photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our servers (operated at citiscene.app) and then to our third-party AI image-processing provider, Wiro AI, which runs Google's Gemini image model. These providers process the image only to return the result.
Where it is stored and how long: the photo is processed transiently to create your result and is not retained by us after the result is returned. The generated result image is stored only on your own device, in the App, and you can delete it at any time.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

To generate your result, the photo and your selected style are sent to our third-party AI image-processing provider, Wiro AI (https://wiro.ai), which processes the request using Google's Gemini image model. These providers process the image only to return an edited version and are required to provide protections consistent with this policy. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your photos or share them for advertising.

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and your credit balance. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous app user identifier and purchase information on our behalf. Payments themselves are handled by the Apple App Store; we never receive your full payment card details.

Advertising and analytics identifiers. With your permission (requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), we and our measurement partners may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and related attribution data to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and to show you more relevant offers. This is used for tracking across apps and websites only if you grant permission, and you can change your choice at any time in your device settings. We do not use your photos or face data for advertising.

4. Information We Collect

Photos: the image you submit for editing, as described above.
App user identifier: a pseudonymous ID used to track your credit balance and purchases.
Usage and diagnostic data: basic technical information (such as error logs and request metadata) used to operate, secure, and improve the App.

5. How We Use Your Information

To generate the edited images you request.
To manage your credits and process in-app purchases.
To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
To diagnose problems and improve the App.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including transmitting images over encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information or photos from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Not Medical Advice

Rinose is an entertainment and visualization tool. The images it produces are artistic AI simulations and are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prediction of any surgical outcome. Consult a qualified medical professional for any health or procedure-related decisions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through a notice in the App.
