1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CitiScene application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

CitiScene provides users with AI-generated 3D weather visualizations based on real-time weather data. The Service allows users to view, generate, and share these visualizations.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Service any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

4. AI-Generated Content

CitiScene uses artificial intelligence technology, specifically Google Gemini, to generate the 3D weather scenes and visualizations displayed in the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The scenes are artistic interpretations generated by AI and may not perfectly reflect real-world physics or architectural details.
  • While we strive for accuracy in weather representation, the visual output is generative and subject to the limitations of AI models.
  • You will not use the AI generation features to create content that is offensive, harmful, or violates our User Conduct policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of CitiScene or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CitiScene, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
